4. Customisation & Artwork
By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to use all logos, images, and text included. You Brand It Ltd accepts no liability for copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.
5. Returns & Refunds
Customised products cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly produced. Please review our Returns Policy for full details.
6. Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
