Will the embroidery fade?

No. Polyester embroidery thread is colourfast and UV-resistant; the garment will fade before the logo does.

The stitching can take it if the label allows, but 30°C keeps both the garment and the logo looking newer for longer.

Trim it flush with small scissors. Don't pull it.
