I only have a low-quality logo. Can you still use it?

Usually yes. We can often redraw a simple logo; for complex ones we'll ask if you have a better file.

Up to 12 thread colours comfortably. Most logos use between 1 and 4.

Yes. Once digitised it's saved against your account, so reorders use the identical file.
